Villa located on the hill adjacent to the marina is exclusively yours to enjoy!
The floors are Queensland Spotted Gum and the building design has been carefully interwoven to blend in with the surrounding environment.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there's plenty of room for up to 8 people. 2 queen bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom plus a rollaway bed. The villa is a double story, fully self-contained 3 bedroom home in a quiet hillside location.
Villa features:
Air conditioning, huge timber decking verandah on each level complete with a hammock, blankets & linen, towels, clothes dryer, laundry machine, iron & ironing board, ceiling fans, hairdryers, full cooking facilities, including a outdoor BBQ on the verandah, cutlery crockery & utensils, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, tea & coffee, telephone, & clock radio. The living room features a state of the art Home Theater System, complete with a 42"/106cm Flat Screen Plasma Television, Surround Sound and DVD/VCR player. A second TV is located in the master bedroom.
The Villa has it's own golf buggy, fully licensed and insured for your exclusive use during your stay--
No need to rent one -- an $80 a day savings!
Optional Maid Service is avialable daily or weekly, upon request for an addtional fee.
As a guest of our Villa you have full access to all the Island amenities including free use of all 6 unique resort swimming pools, tennis and squash courts, and charge privileges at any of the Island restaurants.

Before a leisurely breakfast have a refreshing dip in our pool, located right outside your door, then explore the island with the golf buggy included for the duration of
your stay - or set sail from the harbor and cruise the stunning Whitsunday waterways.
If you like to shop there are a variety of stores offering the latest resort fashions, beautiful artwork and a range
of souvenirs. You can also pick up your supplies from the bottle shop, bakery and general store, just minutes away.
Return just in time to sip your cocktails and enjoy the sunset on one of the two verandahs overlooking Dent Island, the Whitsunday Passage and the Marina.
Later take a short stroll to one of the many restaurants
on the island and finish the day warm and content.
